Outlook Express - Set Up Outlook Express - Setting Up Email Preferences
Enter your NAME – Enter your full name as you want it to appear in your email headers. Email address: Enter your complete Email Address- all in lower case (i.e.- jsmith@silcon.com) Incoming mail server: POP3 Incoming mail server (POP3): Enter mail.silcon.com Outgoing mail server (SMTP): Enter mail.silcon.com Log on using account name: Enter Your Login Account name - all in lower case (i.e.- if your email address is jsmith@silcon.com your user id = jsmith). Password: Enter your password (all lower case) Internet MAIL Account: Enter a name for this email account (i.e.: John’s Silicon Mail.) Connection type: Check LOG on using Modem.
